Sharing, downloading, and moving assets in Artstash is simple and user-friendly. Follow these step-by-step guides for full details.

Download Assets

1. Navigate to the workspace that contains the project, and click to open it.
2. Locate the asset and click on the three vertical dots at the top right.
3. Select 'Download.'

Move Assets

Important: You can only move assets within standard projects. Moving assets in synchronized projects is not currently supported.

To move an asset:

1. Open the desired workspace.
2. Open the standard project containing the asset you want to move.
3. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the asset.
4. Select 'Move to.'
5. Choose the destination workspace.
6. Select the destination project within the workspace.
7. Click 'Confirm.'

Share a Project

1. Open the desired workspace.
2. Click to open the project you wish to share.
3. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the webpage.
4. Select 'Share.'
5. A pop-up window will appear with different options depending on the project type:
   • Standard Project: * You can enable 'Allow download' to let recipients download assets.
     • You can enable 'Allow upload' to let recipients upload new assets to the project.   
      
   • Synchronized Project:
     • You can only enable 'Allow download' to let recipients download assets.  Uploading is not permitted in synchronized projects.   
6. Click 'OK.'
